About Me

My name is Mandy Webb and I have worked with small businesses for as long as I can remember.  My father ran a small business out of our home and growing up in a tourist town meant I had worked in a half dozen small businesses by the time I was finished high school.  I had over 20 years of bookkeeping experience working in restaurants and catering, in property management, in the medical industry and in education before I decided to open my own bookkeeping business helping other small businesses succeed.  I can help you with monthly reconciling and reporting if that is what you need.  If you need help with invoicing, A/R, A/P, or payroll, I'd love to dig in and make your life easier.  If you are OK with the monthly stuff but need help cleaning up old transactions, creating systems that you can work within or researching competitors' pricing or new vendors, I can get it done.  If you want someone to teach you using excel or quickbooks or any other platform, I'd be happy to guide you.

Software generally comes easy to me. I have experience in Quickbooks (Certified Pro Advisor), Microsoft, Apple and Google (especially Excel, Sheets and Numbers - I love my spreadsheets!), Docusign, Zoom, Square, Property Meld, Nextech, Banner/Desktop Finance and many more. I can learn the software you use quickly if I don’t already have experience. I enjoy learning new platforms and work flows.

I have lived near the beach, in the high desert and now in the beautiful rolling hills of the Lehigh Valley with my wonderful husband, amazing son and handsome Border Collie. When I’m not at my computer, you can find me in the garden, blasting music while I cook, or enjoying the salty air at the beach.
